Bespoke Main Gate and Featheredge Fencing – Truro

40 meters of featheredge fencing with rail caps and wooden gravel boards
Bespoke swan neck wooden gate
6 inch posts for main gates

Public area relawned with medallion turf, houses closed off with featherdge fencing and bespoke main gates helping with privacy and noise reduction.

New loft insulation
New carpets, new kitchen and bathroom vinyl flooring
Wood cladding sanded down and painted
External and internal fresh paint
New bedroom window
New kitchen cooker and extractor fan

Shower panels and backsplash added in bathroom

Disable Access Ramp – Carnon Downs

Scope of Work:

Remove old plant bed
Remove plants
Mark out and shutter the ramp area
Leave a gap between edge of ramp and door cill and add pea gravel fro soakaway
Concrete ramp
Leave current steps at the corner
Use UVR grey resin bond gravel for the finish
Paint the side of the ramp with black bitumen paint

Result:

Wheelcahir access replaced old sateps with an anti slip UVR grey resin bond gravel finish that matches the client's grey pebble dash wall. Kept parts of the original steps in the corner to give the client both access options.
